- Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question.
- Never send back a item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
- Please return within 7 days of receipt of your delivery in saleable condition, returned items should not have been used or worn.
- Refunds will be for the goods only and will be credited as per your original method of payment.
- Please note we cannot offer refunds on earrings, necklaces and pendent sets with earrings due to safety & hygiene.

- Please keep proof of Postage or if sent by RECORDED DELIVERY from the Post Office until your refund has been received. Please include your delivery note in your return, so we can process your refund quicker.
- Postage and packaging cost will be deducted from your amount and remaining amount will be refunded.
- We do not offer pre paid postage returns. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as the company can not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
- This postage cost and transaction fees such as those charged by paypal and other service providers are not reimbursed. Once we receive the goods we will then refund your card or allow you to exchange the items for something else.
